Once your inquiry is submitted, one of our villa specialists will review your request, and respond to you as soon as possible by email or phone within or less than 24 hours. Once you decide which of our villas to rent, a booking agreement will be sent to you along with the payment instruction and procedure. Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed.

All booking confirmations are handled by our reservation team who will be in contact from the time you inquire about booking a villa. Once you are ready to book, instructions on how to secure your booking via our payment modes will be sent to your email.

When booking the villa, a minimum deposit of 40% will be required. Payment is due in full 30 days before your expected arrival date.

Yes. Peak season (Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year), we require a minimum rental period of 7 nights. High season, we require a minimum rental period of 5 nights. Low Season, we require minimum 4 nights.

The cost of electricity is only extra payment. Wireless Internet, mains water, cleaning and garden supplies, and local taxes are included in rental rates.

The standard refundable security deposit is 10,000 THB. It is collected in cash upon your arrival and returned upon your departure.

Yes. The airport pick up and drop off is free of charge.

We always inform our guests during the time of the reservation of the maximum allowed guests (adults and child/children) staying at the villa. We also recommend a suitable and child friendly villa as on option all the time.

If there are no guests arriving on the day of your departure you may stay in the villa free of charge until 4pm. After 4pm, there will be a full day extra charge.

Yes. All bedroom and living room area have air-conditioning.

All villas prohibit smoking in any indoor areas at the villas. However, there are many outdoor areas at the villa where guests are allowed to smoke.

No. You do not share the villa with other guests. When you rent the villa, the entire property is only exclusive for your use including all facilities at the villa.
